Good workout, strong feeling on all the lifts. Think I’m really going to push the Rack Chins next week, try to go heavier.
Talked to Jake, probably come next time with diet adjustments, going to lower protein a tad. I’ve never done well with a lot of protein, and usually feel better digestion and recovery wise with it lower. So see how that goes.

Update time…
So last week weighed in at 193, and today… weighed in at 196! hahahaha. I’ve weighed myself all week, and it’s been jumping everywhere, low as 192, high as 198 lol. Body is just weird. Plus, last night, I ate pasta, which seems to bloat me a bit the next day. Not a big deal, just letting it be known I doubt I ‘gained’ 3 lbs lol.

Thanks man, too aspects I’m really trying to hammer hard. So if you say their is improvement, I know I’m on the right track (plus I know you’re not someone too bullshit me lol)
Spar4tee: I hate you lol. Actually, I do carry ALL my fat in my hip area, yet last year when I cut had a 31 inch waist… weird proportions. Luckily, Physique/Fitness Competitor Jamie Alderton has very similar dimensions, so hope it doesn’t hold me back too far lol
