Yes. Lactic acid will also spew out every ever orifices especially when you do an all out 400 M sprint. I practically collapse afterwards gasping, whole body feels deprived of energy, and feel like I want to crap myself after a properly done 400 M track sprint/1200 feet dirt sprint.

Just added the sprints in this week, and don’t know how long Jake will keep them. They aren’t necessarily for fat ‘loss’ I believe, but to allow me to be able to intake more carbs while kind of keeping fat gains at bay. So more like fat prevention lol.
Right now I’m doing 5 sprints of 10 seconds one day, then another day doing 2-3 sprints of 30 seconds each. Starting off slow, and building up most likely.

Ryan has a crazy tolerance towards exercise. Dude can do cardio all day then knock out a stupid amount of volume MD style, all while in med school. Plus his appetite matches his insane work ethic. lol
