Ohh and just for reference I took this pic this morning too, with a bit better lighting. lol. Obviously still holding a lot of water but at least I don’t look so bloofy lol
Has anyone ever told you, you look like Ray Romano?
So mix not getting enough sleep with all the stresses you mentioned about closing out the semester as an RA and moving back home…add that to intense high frequency training…you’re bound to increase cortisol levels and carry some extra water.
No big.
Just do the exact same set up this week, and lets see if things stabilize.

I’ve gotten Ray Romano, Ben Stiller, Taylor Lautner, Clark Kent when I wear my glasses. lol
My friends and I have a joke that I’m just “generic dark-haired protagonist”.

Yeah makes sense bud. Just now getting use to sleeping normally again. Another week, here we go!

Your facial expressions crack me up when you pose. You might want to tone it down a bit onstage hahah
LOL honestly, it’s from flexing my legs. lol. Idk why, I have to concentrate SO hard to even try to get them flexed.
But funny you mention it, my GF said something about it. As I’m doing Physique, I won’t be all out flexing, but will be more ‘relaxed’, so I think that’s how i’ll attempt to pose from now on.

Ya spidey jake’s right on about this one.Stress, lack of sleep etc can have an effect on me as well when It comes to holding water and looking puffy.Looking good In your pics though and very hard to see any puffiness at all anyway.

Yeah stress has been stellar, and the fact I have the LSAT coming up as well probably hasn’t helped.
And thanks for the compliment. I probably was being a bit sensitive about looking softer, as you’re now the 2nd person saying they can’t really notice, but you know how it is. When you’re looking at yourself is when you’re most critical.
Ohh, today will be doing Push Power, but after talking to Jake, will replace DB Flat with Floor Press. I use to really like the Floor Press, but went away from it as I got funny looks at the gym lol. But Jake agreed that with my lanky arms, it would probably be a good ‘power’ lift for me.
I really like the floor press idea. I like them a lot for the dead stop and also think they are great for tricep thickness. And damn you do have a wing span.
serious question: what do you guys get out of floor presses that you don’t get from just plain ole pressing? I’ve never tried them, but I just can’t get my head around the idea that halving the ROM would have any benefit…
id be using more as a lockout/tricep kinda ting…like ill do push tommorrow incline db press, flys and floor press will be toward the end kinda like half chest half tri’s kinda thing

yeah I mean I can understand the benefit if your bench lockout is weak, but I keep seeing it recommended as a chest builder and it confuses me
id be using it after my chest but would defiantly consider it a tri exercise…also in the gym i workout you’d b getting all these funny looks, like what is ur man doing on the ground haha
SA Pulldowns ~SS~ Cable Row Stretchers: Had to use cable row variation because pulldown station was being used. Still felt awesome
3x12
Wide Grip Pulldown ~SS~ Chest Supported DB Rows: Stupid stretch on pulldowns and great contraction on rows
3x8x200/50’s
DB Shrugs: 2 second holds, lowered weight to be a bit more controlled
2x20x90’s
Cable Curls w/ Fat Gripz: Went a bit too heavy, won’t next time
12, 10, 6 → Drop 5 sets of 8
DB Curls w/ Fat Gripz: 3 second negatives… pump was just stupid.
4x8x25’s
Cardio: 5 sets of 10 second bike sprints
Workout was so good today, just a great pump for back and biceps. And cardio sucked. Not as bad as the 30 second sprints, but still brutal. lol, Little brother’s birthday today as well, fitting some cheese cake into my macros

good stuff…
power laterals a kinda heavier weight with a bit of momentum ya?
push day for me tomorrow gonna give that a try or something similar.
Yes sir. They are slightly bent, so kind of get your rear delts a bit too. I tilt my head up a bit to avoid trap involvement. They are good to use before a bigger delt movement I feel. Try 'em out!

Yeah, triceps are another weak point for me, so any carryover is solid for me. And yeah, my arms are veryyyy long. i’m 6’2" with the torso of probably someone 5’9". All arms and legs lol
