What’s your ROM like on your OHPs? Are they standing or seated?

I’m liking your new explosive approach. I’ve been experimenting with explosive clapping push ups and have noticed an immediate effect on pump/swoleness when compared to normal push ups. I might implement explosive training into more of my training.
Have you been following Miles Morales as spiderman? I like him and hope they introduce him into the “real” universe.

Yeah buddy I’m trying to get explosive, just for the fact I’ve rarely met someone who is, who isn’t also very strong/muscular.
I do like Miles Morales, though I was scared for a long time because they had the rumor of him being gay. Wile that’s no biggie, if Marvel had the made the new Spider-Man a half black/ half latino homosexual kid, I would really feel like they were just trying to kill 3 birds with one stone there, and really felt like it was more of a ‘stunt’, less of a story arc lol. I actually do like the character though, and REALLY like the suit. I even like the extra powers he has.
He is in the ‘real’ Marvel universe in some way, we just don’t know how yet (Peter knows, but I don’t think it reveals it to the reader.

Standing, from maybe and inch shy of my chest? Would probably touch my chest if I was bigger lol.
I’ve never given the movement any attention since I’ve lifted, but like now that I’m getting my shoulders healthy and all.
Also guys, I’m down to 186 lbs since I started reverse dieting and backloading my carbs again lol. 3 lbs lost each week lol
Spidey last question I swear lol but with CBL how do you modify it if you lift say 9-10 am and your off days?
Really enjoying this log sir, keep up the good work!

No problem bro. lol
I just basically have a my Keifer coffee pre-WO, then 2 scoops whey after. Then just don’t have my first carbs until after 5pm ish. I don’t think having carbs IMMEDIATELY PWO is crucial.

You don’t think having the insulin spike with the intake of protein is beneficial??
I’m glad you like Miles. I like his suit, but my favourite suit is Ben Reilly’s suit.

No I do think the protein PWO is kind of important, and the fact there’s enough leucine or whatever to trigger protein synthesis. I’ll try and find the video I watched, but yeah I carbs immediately post-WO aren’t crucial IMO. I’ve actually seen evidence that waiting a bit to have carbs after a workout INCREASES insulin sensitivity. Hopefully Ryan will see this post and comment a little, he knows much more about it then I do, but I think he may agree with me.
And yes, I love the Scarlet Spider suit! Definitely my favorite. I mean, Spider-Man WITH a sleeveless hoodie? What could be better?
Dude, you are still outweighing me by 10lbs lol.
Any further on a program choice yet?

Flat BB: Well, these bars at school are slick, and chalk isn’t allowed. So pulling the bar apart isn’t a good cue for me hear, had to concentrate more on ‘breaking the bar’. So that’ll take some getting use to now that I found a form I kind of like
155x5
175x4
195x3
185x3x3
Floor Press: 2 sec pause at the bottom
155x2x5
145x2x6
CGBP: Pretty easy
135x3x10
Rear Delt Flies:
15’sx3x30
Full ROM Laterals ~SS~ Lateral Swings
5/15’sx3x15/15
Javelin Press:
30x3x8
6-ways: lol
5x2x10
Rope Pushdowns:
4x10
OH Extensions:
30’sx3x15
