Specifity in My Programming

Hey Jim, I saw your letter to your younger self template and those 1.1 , 1.2 and 1.3 ones that you’ve recently posted. Is the younger self one more towards size and strength and the others just pure powerliting? Also as an 18 yr old lifter should I do your younger self template? Thanks for your time

The Young template is for me (as a young athlete) - so the goal was to be a better athlete. All are based on the same principles so my advice would be to pick the one that speaks to you. What the end result will be is 100% dependent on your effort and belief.

Stop searching for the perfect template and instead strive for performance goals. These come when consistent work meets dogged determination.
