Where do the specialization workouts fit in to your performance training program. I’m a football player so my vertical and speed or a definite priority for me. However, I’m also trying to put on weight so I could definitely benefit from the workouts more geared to body building as well. And so obviously I’m wondering how these all go together with the main high frequency strength portion of the program and what the best course of action is for me to achieve my goals.
