Specialization Question

I am currently trying to do Ian King’s specialization programs for arms and legs concurrently (seperate days of course). Will I be retarding my progress by doing both? I make sure to get adequate rest and my diet is in check and after 2 weeks into it I am feeling pretty good.

Any thoughts?

the “limping” series was originally designed to go with “super strength in 12 weeks”

I beleive I remember Ian have answered someone in the reader mail, or maybe in one of his articles saying that the “Great Guns” article should not be done with the “limping” program because volume is quite large (and it is).

I personally would use his programs the way he says to, he probably knows a thing or two about training!
