Hey CT, I’m about to start my chest specialization program and i am worried about being too sore to perform a m,w,f chest program. Is it designed around a certain supplement ?
Also I was wondering how much i should really train maintenance, i know it says low volume in the article, but would it really damage my chest results if i actually worked my other body parts two times a week ?
last question is just do you have a arms specialization program out or coming out soon ?
