Hi everybody from Italy. I’m planning a 2 months training, basically to shredd and loose some weight.
The nutrition plan is ready, but for what concerns training I’am a little bit confused.
First of all I can train in a regular gym just 2 times a week, but I’ve some stuff at home and usually I train a third time.
I know that in this situation is better to adopt a full body routine.
So my idea is this:
MON: Cardio (home bike) early morning before breakfast
TUE: Full body (Thib’s reality show mass circuit)
WED: Rest
THUR:Full body (Thib’s reality show mass circuit)
FRI: Cardio (home bike) early morning before breakfast
SAT: Full body (the routine of Explosive training for Bbuilders)
Doubts: better 3 days with Thib’s program?Better one week with Thib’s and one of explosive training with one day of traditonal heavy lifting, leaving cardio anyway?
I’m open to every suggestion.
