Jungleman do you still play poker?
Consider giving intermittent fasting a try. It’s catching on these days and for good reason (it works) - it’s leaned me right up. I recently added in Poliquin’s meat and nuts breakfast (which I eat as a late lunch) and that has helped noticeably. Sometimes I eat only meat for that first meal. And in general, I agree with jehovahsfitness - for health and body comp, the magic formula is meat and vegetables.

Fat in that area is often related to stress and/or insulin resistance. How’s your sleep? Do you get a fair amount of decent sleep in a totally dark room?

Hmm, actually I don’t have drapes covering my blinds, and light can creak in in the early morning. So the totally dark room thing is a big deal? I guess I should pick up some drapes then. My sleep pattern isnt always the best, sometimes I only clear 6-7 hours a night.
LOL What was the poker question about?

I’ll check out the intermittent fasting. The meat breakfast looks awesome. I have recently been trying to get the “breakfast food” category out of my head. I had a chicken and spinach salad the other day at 8am, turned some heads at the office.
