Am I the only one who thing that protein in canned tuna/chicken seems weird… Like too much. I mean if I eat 10oz of cooked chicken breasts Im really fully and its longer to eat… But in 10z of canned chicken… I eat it in 1 minutes and Im still really hungry after it… plus the volume seems really small compared to real chicken… Same thing for Tuna.
I mean in a can of 5 oz tuna… you get 30g of prots… I could barely put 1 scoop of 30grm of isolate whey in that can And isolate is 3x more protein concentrate than the tuna…
