Something Useful from Askmen.com

nothing amazing but it’s nice to see some internet nutritional advice outside of “fat bad, sugar good, protein bad”

no offense to you OP, but that article is garbage and is filled with misinformation (food combining, GI/II, meal size/frequency etc.)

To be brutally honest, there is virtually nothing of value in there.

eh it’s still a step from the garbage spewed from “modern medical professionals”

i know most of it looks like old Berardi stuff but it’s better than 70’s anti-fat propaganda

…To us.

To the general public, yes, there is. I agree that it’s way better than what most nutrition articles are being published today (outside of T-Nation.)

Remember that shit on webMD a little while back? Cripes.

I get somewhat understand where you’re coming from, but I don’t see how one source of misinformation could be any “better” than another. it’s wrong either way.

now, this may be an old article that they decided to reprint, but if it’s recent, Joel might want to reconsider where he’s getting his info from.
