Hey thib, What body fat percentage do you peg yourself at in those pics??? just curious…

you look menacing…you should compete again soon[/quote]

8-10% I would say. Bloated as hell (water retention) from all the crap that I ate.

-Ya thats what I figured…I used you as an example for one of my friends who THOUGHT they were 10% bodyfat (he was closer to 20%) its funny how far people are off with their own estimations…again…you should compete

Damn Christian, always looking ‘powerful’. No matter how much you become more of a bodybuilder, that Olympic base has served you very well.

Love the buffets, when I went to Orlando last summer, my buddy (also a BBer) and myself got the weirdest looks from all the obese tourists. Definitely not the time to worry about carb or sodium content in your food

S

Must have no leg development at all, standing in water up to waist hight.

Just jokin’ lookin solid as always.

Thanks for the programs and work around here once agian.

Not even remotely. It’s probably the worst in the past 6-8 months.

Damn, you look well for a guy who is ‘out of shape.’ I have noticed that the guys who are up there with the very best often tend to be the most self critical.

Looks like a good vacation though, hope you enjoyed it.

Beau ti-couple!!! Hope you had a good time!!! DAmn you look full…euh powerfull!!

This powerful look is what I like in Christian’s physique. I mean he looks both huge and athletic. Well balanced physique!

The delts are insane!

  1. Awesome physique (CT)
  2. Your wife is cute
  3. Cool that you guys found a live starfish
  4. Tell us more about this “diet” buffet section. What do these places consider diet? Is is all lean meats, fruit and vegetables?

We later found out that the starfish is actually not alive and was planted by the organizers.

Lookin’ beastly, CT! Looks like you guys are having a great time = )

you’re jacked… it’s awesome… I saw these first on FB. I wanna see you at your best if this is not it… I hope to get to a level somewhat like that after years of being at it…

FML

Seriously though, badass pics CT!

always nice to see happy couples together (and at first i thought you were naked in pic #5). congrats again.

my wife and i stayed at occidental grand for our honeymoon last june…was that the safari tour i see you two on? visit into the bush to see the locals, sugar cane, body surfing at the end of the day, etc?

Jacked and inspirational!!!
The kind of physique and functionality that I have always coveted and will achieve.

I’m all amped up.

It’s either perfectionism or a body image problem that leads to extra efforts.
