For 5 years I used to make Tren using the pre existing FINA kits and they worked fine but i got tren cough and I believe it was due to the BA/BB disolving the binders or simply to much BA/BB in the solution ? I have no caught with the Methanol method. You just let it evaporate.
If you try Syno make sure you attempt to get rid of the estrogen B. 3 years ago i converted Syno the same exact method as Fina with no attempt to get rid of estrogen and in two weeks I had Hard lumps like marbles under my nipples that hurt.
The methanol method works great. I feel better than ever and no nipple puffiness etc. The only bad thing about using the pellets is the every day or every other day pinning. It gets old fast. I want to use up my gear 3- 6 months worth and then will go human grad Test E. This experiment was done in the name of science and to prove to myself i could do it.

Thanx for the info Steve. 2 things I did not mention. First I plan on adding a saturated NaOH solution to the dissolved pellets and leaving for 24 hrs. I have read that this will solve the estrogen problem and remove the ester from the test. Also I do my tren/test transdermally.

i know several folks who did this and had yellow gunk. The NAOH will attack the Test as well.
If you read the above posts by me why would you waste your time and $ doing a questionable method ?
good luck either way you do it. please post any positive or neagative results. I made many mistakes and admitted it and tweeked my formula. It is funny that I spent so much time reserching this stuff (hobby) and now i am going backt to human grade test E ??? i still feel good about succeeding.

If I were doing all this again with Synovex or Implus, I would use Steve’s method followed – if practical in the individual instance – with further purification involving ester cleavage.
As Steve mentioned, simply using NaOH in a fairly uncontrolled manner ruins the testosterone propionate as well and yields a yellow gunk.
In contrast to saponification – cleavage with hydroxide – which is catalytic and thus the reaction can continue as long as there is further material to be reacted, methanolysis (transesterification) is stoichiometric and thus the reaction ends as soon as methoxide is no longer available.
Accordingly, if one dissolved powder purified as per Steve’s method in methanol, and then added only enough sodium methoxide to be sufficient to cleave the suspected remaining amount of estradiol benzoate with a small added margin, all the reaction would do would be to cleave the EB to estradiol while leaving almost all of the TP intact.
I would then dissolve the product in an amount of vegetable oil corresponding to 50 mg/mL concentration of TP: exceedingly little of the estradiol (or more precisely the sodium salt of estradiol) would dissolve into the vegetable oil: that which did not dissolve, which would be virtually all of it, would be filtered out.

The yellow gunk is destroyed Synovex. You wasted your time and $ if you have yellow gunk.
I may make another batch and this time fine tune the recipe and post the results so anyone out there can follow and get quality product without having to reinvent my recipe (FREEWARE). On my current batch I got great gear but wasted a lot by making mistakes. The next time I will keep more of the testostone propionate and still get rid of the estrogen.
Practice makes perfect. The only problem that I still have with my gear is the every other day pinning (ouch).
I use wesson oil and a 25 guage needles. I tried a 29 guage 1 ml insuline syringe and the wesson oil is to thick.
I was considering using EO instead of the Wesson Oil since it is “thinner” and it may work with insulin syrines. It is not cheap!! My sole goal this experiment was to prove that the estrogen benzoate can be minimized so one does not get gyno if taking 100 mg every day of the the Syno (test prop). I feel great and am putting on solid muscle. I honestly feel younger. I have 25 % Tren mixed in so I am feeling that also.
I used to get my Test from undergroud sources and always got Severe Flue like symptoms that took a few weeks to go away. My guess is I had unsanitary gear. I filter and bake my gear and have NEVER had a problem in over 5 years.
No tren cough like I used to have with the FINA kits. I am pretty sure the cough was from the High BA /BB that is used to dissolve the pellets. It also could be that I dissolved binders which were in the final oil solution as well.

The only problem with Wesson oil and 29 gauge comes from extreme impatience of the user, as in finding 30 seconds an intolerable time frame.
Or the user having an incredibly weak thumb (no disrespect intended.)
Actually it is a better thing for the flow of oil into the muscle to not be a nitro drag race.
As for filling the syringe, this is conveniently done either by filling from the back from a larger syringe which was used to draw, or in the case of BD monojects and perhaps some others, friction can hold the plunger in place after it has been drawn to the 100 IU mark (or any other mark), and one can simply leave the vial on its side and go do something else while the syringe fills.

If you end up making another batch I really look forward to see your finetuned recipe. It appears you have one of the best methods for reducing EB and due to my tender nipple at the moment, I would highly like to use your method for my next batch.
ok guys,please tell me what this may be.
1.dissolved crushed syno pellets in BA/BB 50/50 mix 500mls total.in 30 minutes completely dissolved.
2.filtered out the binders with coffee filter and added 1 cup saturated NaOH solution.
3.immediately added 1 liter ice water.(actually waited about 1 minute)
4.within seconds i got a white substance seperate out and float to the top of the beaker with a slightly cloudy liquid underneath.
is the white substance test or something else because it seems to easy to be true?
any input is appreciated.

Without having run the exact procedure and without an analysis, I can’t say with any certainty regarding what you have there.
However, I would expect that you precipitated about as much estradiol benzoate as what was dissolved into the BA/BB in the first place.
If the benzoate ester is cleaved then that is one thing with regards to separation, but very little ester cleavage would have occurred in the time you allowed.

So no powder (after drying) of any kind was recovered?
will be drying tonite in oven. i just thought that crystals would have formed without drying.

make sure the heat is not to high. I used my kitchen oven and found it is not finely calibrated. I set it for 200 degrees F and it was really 220 degrees F and the white crystals melted. One guy on this forum used a dehydrator from a chain store like walmart for around $ 20 and said it worked but I have no first hand experience. If you use your kitchen oven get a acurate temp guage and stay below 200 degrees F if you don’t want to destroy the hormones.

thanx steve.actually i threw that batch out and started with the methanol instead of the BA/BB. made all the difference.filtered out the binders 100x as fast as with the BA/BB. i did then add the NaOH,and as you stated it did turn yellow.however it was totally liquid with no “gunk”.let it sit an hour and added water.immediatley turned white and i was able to filter out white powder,which i assume is test prop or base.however the coffee filter broke,twice,so i decided to put it aside and wait for my Whatman papers to arrive.i guess my fear of using the methanol was a bit too much as i see how fast and completely it evaporates.thanx for your input.
The NOAH is not my method ! I never tried it. I only use the solubilty method.

A reasonable home method of evaporating methanol is to set in a bowl next to an window fan which is blowing out the window. The bowl should be set on a hotplate set to a very warm (not cooking-hot) temperature.
I can’t recommend drying methanol in a stove, for safety reasons. I don’t know how hazardous that is, but there was one steroid guru that I knew personally who ran into trouble as the parents of one of his clients (who turned out, unknown to him, to be a teenager) took legal action against him due to their kid burning down the family kitchen. Just as a practical example that methanol is quite flammable and heating it in or on a stove can be hazardous.

I was emailing a “brewer like myself” on another forum daily and he dropped out of sight. He was in the hospital and had trouble breathing due to taking large doses of Tren in a water based mixture. He said he is now OK but dropped off the face of the earth again. I hope he is ok and don’t want legal problems if someones brew goes bad .
I feel good about how I make gear but am concerned about someone getting injured or dying by not being careful and taking shortcuts. Methanol is dangerous and I found that it would evaporate on its own if the humidity was not high. By moving the methanol into my office (locked so no kids can play around) and using the window air contioner the methanol evaporated in day or so. ( I only use 200 ml max anyway). I would NOT put a hotplate near the stuff. i treat methanol like gasoline. Also make sure the methanol is COMPLETELY evaporated before taking the crystals and adding them to the wesson oil. If you inject methanol you can go blind or die. Be safe and do not rush when making gear. Use sterile means so you don’t get a infection.

anyone ever try using a desiccant apparatus to dry out the mix?
