Just a quick update. I don’t know for sure but I just got back from the gym and I didn’t have much lower back pain at all! It must have been the Taurine/Potassium plus. I must say I was honestly skeptical but I took 2000mgs taurine and about 200mg potassium plus a few hours before I trained and it worked!
Hey quick question. How/when will I know the test is workin? Remember I front loaded 1000mgs first week and I’ve done two 250mg injections since then and I am towards the end of my second week. Thanks!
Do you think it would be a good idea to up my training split? I was considering a twice a week per body part routine with a little less volume on each workout then I normally do each time I train. Or would it be better to just increase the volume and intensity once a week?
Probably wont notice any significant gains/changes until week 4/5 some people notice smaller things earlier like myself I normally have an acne flare up start in week 2/3. As for the training I wouldn’t change anything until at least week 5 I normally up calories and training gets alot more intense then.
For me, I know T is up by libido. Holy smokes, it goes through the roof! Gotta take a cold shower and train…
