Some Advice for a Complete Novice?

hello! I very recently started lifting. I have access to the world’s best home gym, or will, fulltime, in the next few weeks. I also have fulltime access to a great personal trainer.

So. Here is a question for the girls–what sort of undergarments should I get?

I need some sort of good support bra–I am pretty busty. The bras I have, which give good enough support for every day life, are not cutting it. I do not want to spend a bunch of money on undergarments that don’t work well.

The next few weeks are going to be pretty frantic, as I am moving 80 miles away to said gym/trainer. I imagine I will get plenty of workouts from carrying and loading boxes, furniture, etc.

So how about it–anyone really love their bra and wanna share the info?

Title 9 sells a bra called 'The last resort bra" I have 2 when I was a 40D. Great bras, but now that I have lost some weight, I can buy the less expensive ones, but I still need to double up sometimes with the new bras I just bought.

X2 on Title 9.

The best bra I have ever found is Enell. I wear it when I sprint and there is literally NO MOVEMENT! I used to be a 36DD and I could wear this with no pain whatsoever. I LOVE IT! See here:

Thanks for the suggestions! I believe enell is actually made in a little town in Montana, where I live. I am quite a bit bigger than any of you mentioned, about 46-48 DD to F, depending on the bra. But my bf (who is also my personal trainer) mentioned enell as well.

I really hate trying on bras! Wonder if I can find either of these locally in my size. I really REALLY hate buying bras over the internet and having to return them.

Again, thanks so much.

I think that is the same as the last resort bra…LOL, its made by Enell. I guess they named it that for marketing purposes
