Second, drop sets on the leg press!? Nice!! Also, no idea how you followed it with those step-ups. I cut out leg extensions/curls, too. I loathed them after my last lactic acid training.
I used to count nuts when I was doing the South Beach Diet (many years ago - it’s actually a pretty good diet, though) but now I just hoover them out of the packet. Which is why I shouldn’t have them.

Yeah, I do those in the Smith machine (feet on the floor, usually) and you can also do 'em in a power rack. But you do what you can with what you have available.

I’m with you. I could care less how big I get as long as I can continue to smash big weights. Had a disagreement with my man over this last week… veggie thighs not fitting into pants prompted him to say that maybe I “should stop squatting 200 lbs.”
BTW those quads of yours are looking smokin’!
And seriously PMSL over the nut counting discussion. I count almonds in handfuls.
I think consistently smashing big weights is one of the keys to muscle mass, same for the fellas… but for females we don’t get HYUUUUGE unless your over eating by like 9000 calories a day. To negate any fat gain, add cardio…and voila! The lean muscle-y look. Sounds easy!
Speaking of cals,I’ve been taking in more(compared to dieting), but yet, still STARVING… I’m trying to slowly raise them and see what happens. Hoping this means my metabolism is not busted after all.
Also speaking of calories, I made the kids some cheesy noodley broccoli stuff, send help!!!

I don’t think a 2lb flux is unreasonable if you have been eating more carbs. It’s just water and glycogen. You’re doing great. But take care of yourself!
