Holy hell! Thats ridiculous, lol… Im sore for days after this.

Also a 20 minute walk outside.

Here are some benching vids. the bench is very small. And the way the pins are set up you can either go super wide or fairly narrow. Here’s both:

Obviously the wide is easier for me, so I’ll probably just go narrow of course

I’m behind in my music apparently…

Looking nomlicious MiM!! I checked out the site, but honestly, i have 0 clue on the bf%. I will say though, your tummy is flat girl! Barely a pooch or anything…nice work!

Nice training! You’re clearly back at it

Still looking good! Awesome hourglass shape as usual! Glad life is getting better. hugs

Good luck with the diet MiM! Checked out that thread and you look pretty hot already. Can’t wait to see your progress. So how long are you is your diet going to be?

Nice work in here. Love all the pullups!

wow, I haven’t been in here for a while, I’m sorry…between the smiles and the tears, I’m caught up now.

Mim, you are one fantabulous girl! You have so much real stuff going on in your life and you are so positive about it. We all could learn a lot from you.

So glad your darling daughter is doing well, I’m impressed with the decision you and the hubby made, may the Kharma be with you! Take care of that precious son too.

How’s the quit smoking thing going? My hubby is about 6 month w/o a cig, he did it (finally) using Wellbutrin.

Keep hitting it hard, it’s all going to pay off big time.

(and that’s smiles and tears w/o watching the videos too, I have to wait until get off work computer to view them…with tissues I’m sure!)

Holy soar pectacles! I think I’m onto something with the narrow grip/elbows tucked on the bench…
Any merit to that?? hmmm

Veggie- no luck needed
As much dieting as I’ve done over the last year or so I should have just prepped for a bb’ing comp. But thanks! And thanks for the nice compliments. If you check my hub you can see where I’ve come from.
This round I’m trying something different. It will last 11 days, refeed for 2-3 days, then go again for another 11.

Right now I am feeling very full and bloated, and I’ve only had one meal. (more on that in the next post)

LP- Thanks lady.
And today is 3 weeks smoke free. Im not even wearing the patch, because it was causing too much anxiousness…And I’m too cheap to buy the next step down patches. I think about it from time to time, but no real cravings or desire.
And yes, have your tissues handy!

In my belly…
1 bag large salad shrimp
1 bag spinach
1 bag mixed chinese veggies

lots of lemon juice, basil and cilantro…yummmmm

Haha, good stuff MiM!

That look like something I could fit in my diet right now, might hit it up one of these days. Nice work with the no-smoking!

Trav and diet, in the same sentence? GASP!!
Just messin.

I’m kinda freaking out with the way I chose to do things and the amount of proteinz that is required…though it’s probably pocket change compared to some of the guys here…
but Im not a guy!

I’m experimenting with the 16/8 hour method…( a form of fasting and then eating bigger meals) That seems to help.

wow. sorry to say that i haven’t been keeping up with things in here very well… a bit belated - but i’m so very glad that your daughter came through her op alright. love the new ink. happy about your new clients. so very proud of you for the quitting of smoking.

you can probably cut the patches you have to make a half dose. maybe… don’t see why not… know what you mean about the nicotine replacement therapy making you too anxious after a while. i voluntarily quit the nicotene gum after a while for the same reason. so proud of you for throwing away the smokes that you found. you really are doing very well.

I am watching you diet intently. SOunds like a solid plan & you got this babe! Um how much protein a day are you talking? Just out of curiosity.

the category I put myself in equals 268 grams!!! This is for 11 days…refeed for 2-3 days…take a break at maintainence or go right into another round.

A category down has me @ 165 protein…at this phase you get a free meal and a refeed once a week. It lasts as long as 2-6 weeks until you take a break.

Training:

Front squats-
4x8x65(weakling) ATG though!

Bulgarian split squats- 15 per leg(bw only)
Bw squats- 20
super skaters?- 21 per leg
wall squats- 90s
reverse lunges- 15 per leg
alt side lunges(lame!) 12 es
DL squat?- 15es
chair salutations- 1 minute
donkey kicks- 20 es
fire hydrants- 20rs
80/20 squats- 25es

overkill???

Then I took it outside for a walk and threw in about 10 1m jogging intervals…and guess what?! It didn’t suck(that much)

We’ll see how the knees feel later…if its all good I may do a couch to 5k program. (maybe)

Good program, even the couch to 10k is good. Don’t push yourself too hard though and do the prescribed workouts and you’ll be fine.

(Experienced runner that I am…haha)

RFL and all that volume…wow, did RFL eons ago and zapped my energy

Wow I remember back when you laughed at my high volume, especially the 10 sets of squats. Now look at you ;D

That with the RFL, can’t wait to see the progress.
