Actually, I wanted my name taken off the list for the award entirely. I made argument to that effect to the “Powers that Be,” but I guess my arguments were less than persuasive.
My reasoning, P-Dog, is that a forum is a community. And the value of our little community lies in the contributions of its MANY members, not just those of a select few. Thankfully, we DO have a solid, consistent and diverse group of contributors, and I would love to see their contributions acknowledged and rewarded.
It’s just a case of what’s best for the forum. I want to see it developed. I want to see it grow and see more people sharing what they know. It can only benefit all of us.
Does that make sense? It’s not a case of being PC. I can promise you TC, Shugs and the rest of the mods are more likely “dangerouly hardcore” than they are PC. (chuckling)
Gosh, I just realized something everyone. I knew I needed to lose a few more pounds of BF, but I didn’t realize I had made S.O.W status. (big sigh)
