The Breakfast Sandwich and Burrito Bulk - Jackolee

Ok so here is what I can find. It’s a pretty good photo journal of my journey. Thanks for requesting it. It was actually kind of fun looking back at the changes.

Here’s the first image from 2003. I was 23 and 138 lbs. I remember because this was the weight I competed in with jiu jitsu. Obviously a Halloween picture lol

This ones from 2014. I’d been married for 11 years had two kids and had turned into dad bod guy. Top image was 169 lbs and bottom right was 145 lbs.

I maintained 145 and lean for a while and then a series of unfortunate events occurred. I hurt my wrist and couldn’t train much. Got out of the habit, and then my wife got diagnosed with cancer. Throughout the 2 years of treatment I went from 145-175. All fat. At 175 I did my second cut down to about 158. I cut the weight Summer 2017.

Here’s my first day of TRT. September 2017

From here I dirty bulked. Lifted super hard, but ate whatever the heck I wanted. Didn’t track anything… I ended 2017 at an all time high of 182.

January 2018 is when I started learning about nutrition and began tracking macros.

From here on out it’s been a series of bulks and cuts, and I’d like to think I’ve put on some muscle mass throughout the process.

And show day at 155
