Hey CT i bought soda, and i was wondering, since im doing semi-fasted cardio first thing in the morning (usually a hike of about 1 hour, and i say semi fasted cause i use bcaas) should i drink soda before cardio or after? i know this may be a stupid question but im curious

Before, especially if you do higher intensity cardio since it can buffer lactic acid
