Sock It To Me

i couldnt give 2 shits about what you took it takes super hard work to look like that no matter what. steriods arent like a magic pill the makes you ripped and huge. you have to eat right, lift hard, and sacrifice so many things, ie drinking, lifting, staying out late. tons of shit

congrats to your transformation and Im just curious what supplements are you taking currently.

Damn, OP, takes a lot of work to get where your at. Respect.

well im poppin’ back around here to say thanks for all the positive feedback… this thread always makes me smile
I’ve been training my ass off this offseason, and eating like a champ… drinking chicken shakes and all that delicious stuff
I plan to compete again next year, when i truely feel ready.

Steroids have been the MAIN part of bodybuilding since before you started lifting weights. Does something like that really upset you? I’ve never been able to understand how people can pass so much judgement towards others without realizing how pompous and self righteous they sound. Get over yourself. You aren’t better than any person because you chose not to use a specific drug.
x2 Bonez

One thing really does piss me off with this statement “muscleheads that know what “it” looks like”, then going on to call this guy out for saying he’s natty? Imagine for a moment YOU were born with the gift of naturally high test (effective once you hit puberty of course) AND your genetics were geared completely towards muscle building. You could, in effect have the equivalent advantage (naturally) as Mr. Average would have while on a cycle.

Not only that, but to top it off it would be like being on a cycle 365 days, year on year, consecutively…from breakfast till your midnight shake.

Hell yeah, the chances of this happening are quite slim, but that’s the whole point of branding someone as talented/gifted.

The guy is what he says he is. It’s the internet, take it or leave it.
Do I think he’s natty? On, or has ever been on aas? That’s not the question he is asking of us, I’m giving a 9 either way. Great work on a great physique.
Point taken. He looks huge.

You and your chicken shakes… I cringe every time I think about them.

oh and musclegym- 23 years training?? what did you do for 20 of them?? you actually think after 23 years training and only weighing 185 at 5’9 that steriods would magically make you gain 45lbs of muscle? i would have thought after all your years of training that you would have learnt that, with your results, that would be impossible. and would never be achieved by someone that has such low standards for himself.

just because your natural doesnt mean you should hold yourself back and use it as an excuse. this is a BODYBUILDING website. the reason the most of us are on here is to achieve a physique that exceeds expectations of what can be achieved.

oh and you actually think that a plastic trophy is the motivation behind all of this?? again after 23 years, if thats the only reason we do it, shouldnt you have a buddle? or wait, youve achieved what most can achieve in a 5 year period – in 23 years. pat yourself on the back. dick.
talking shit to someone with a much better physique than yourself and who is shredded at the same time…priceless.

Musclegym was just saying that claiming a month supply of shitty pH’s and and shitload of No-shotgun was how pwrbarboy achieved his physique is silliness in the form of deceit, at least, that was his main point. He has posted the same thing on numerous other bodybuilding sites, and people have believed him.

Then again, if my face were on the internet, and I was a bodybuilding teen sensation, I wouldn’t claim to be using either.

but I digress

in conclusion, Pro-a-gression
You are kind of coming off as a bitch, just sayin.
I don’t really care if the original poster uses anything, and think he looks fantastic, but you bring up a very good point.
Would someone who has photos of himself everywhere actually admit to using something?
Very few pro’s actually acknowledge the “assistance” they enlist, and dont the honest one’s get in the most trouble?
I heard Christian Boeving lost his endorsement deal after he admitted using in Bigger, Faster, Stronger.

Everybody is entitled to do whatever the fuck they want with their own lives and body to achieve fulfillement, without be scrutinized by dimwitted people like you. Whether hes using or not, hes entitled to do and say what he wants. Just hive him some fucking credit where credits due and stop bringing this shit up.Whether hes got good genetics or not? Whether hes using or not? Just credit him with the fact that he eats really well, goes balls-to-the-wall in the gym, has actually achieved a fuckload in such a short amount of time AND is putting a whole-hearted effort into this by finding what works for him and what doesnt. If everyone did less bitching and more listening to the big guys this site would be ten times better, less crowded and all the useful information would be even more accessible. Not that it isnt anyway.

pwrbarboy. good work. gave you a ten. cos… ur a beast.
LOL at defending a guys right to say anything by telling people to shut up.

The guy posted on a forum for feedback. Why is it we can discuss his eating, training, and sleep cycle, but not drugs? You and others have even pointed out drugs are a large part of bbing. Why are they off limits?

If a pro claimed to eat 500 calories a day to gain, it would be fair to call BS. If Ronnie freaking Coleman claimed his only supplements were BSN and that he was natural, it would be equally fair to call BS. Why can we criticize diet or training claims and not drugs?

I honestly don’t know who is worse, the guys that assume people who are larger than them juice, or the people on this board who shout and scream every time drugs are mentioned.

ooo and who ever tried to shit on musclegym becuz he accused this kid of steriods chill out. you can say hes a idiot or whateer but dont comment on his gains and muscularity cuz from what i can see he is absolutely ripped

keep up the good work musclegym and pwrbarboy

Because some people wouldnt want to self incriminate by talking about certain things. How hard is that to understand?

Why do people (especially naturals) care so much about the drugs someone is or isnt using. It doesn’t affect them at all.

No, you don’t understand, Bonez. They’re being cheated by those guys using AAS, it’s not fair.

Look, the only cheating in BBing is cheating yourself.
If you spend so much time creating an awesome physique, run aas, then enter a natty comp. You’re just a dick, end of story. You will always know you’re a dick and cheated yourself more than anyone. And in a sport that has the option of “tested” or “untested”…who gives a shit, make the best of what you got and stop living your life in envy of the genetically superior. Take up knitting or something.

Who said anything about entering a natty contest as an AAS user? Who here endorsed that?

I was just making an analogy in response to RationalGaze’s post “They’re being cheated by those guys using AAS, it’s not fair.”
Calling aas usage “cheating” in a sport so heavily intertwined with aas use, I find comical.

…and the fact that this is Rmp, not an aas poll.

Wasn’t a serious post, mate.

i’ve tried some chicken shakes before, nasty.

I have a couple questions with your training, do you have a set plan in your head with how many sets/reps you are going to do on your main exercises (incline bench/squat/m.press etc.)?

I ask because I saw your log (short one on bodybuilding dungeon) and you jumped straight into heavy sets with very little warm ups and did quite a few sets with same weight, do you still do this?

I usually have a number in my head… but I’m rather open-minded. If i feel particularly strong, i might do an extra heavy set… if not, I’ll stop. I try to listen to my body a bit more now than i used to.

I also do much more warming up than i used to… a few scares have made me wiser. Depending on the excercise, I usually do several sets with the same weight.

Beast mode. Get some.

DUDE !!!

I threw up in my mouth after reading this thread …chicken shakes …ewwwwwwwwwwwww.

i cant even imagin and i have taken some nasty shyt. wanted to say …to all the haters out there. steriods do about 10 percent of the work. Ur diet ur gettin up at odd hours ur sleep ur supplementation and ur everything the Fukc else u have to do is what gets u there.

and for that sir kudos .

inspiration and one day i might look half that good lol
