Sock It To Me

man i am happy if i gain 4-5 lbs muscle per year. you got 30, wtf i do not know anyone anywhere that did that without heavy chemistry.

You must not hang around people from the ages of 18-24 who trains heavy and eats right then.

4-5 lbs a YEAR? And youre happy with that? Thats pathetic. Tell me what it is that youre doing so I can be sure to stay away from it. Either you have the genetics of Woody Allen or you are one of those “reduced calorie for longevity” people.

65 lbs in 2 yrs…bacne…hmmmm

Nice man. what’s your max bench, squat, etc?

pro hormones are steroids, other wise known as roids, or AAS.

I know. As for the word, I just think the word 'roids is so stupid, sounds to much like media anti-AAS crap. I mean, its all the idiot 16 year olds that are like dude roids are bad when I tell them I take fucking creatine.

Yeah, I deal with them to.

QFT. During my first serious attempt at bulking, I gained 40 pounds in ~5 months while maintaining a 4 pack. I didn’t even take a protein supplement. 60 pounds in two years seems perfectly normal for a 19 year old who consistently eats right, consistently gets enough sleep, and consistently trains 3+ times per week.

Anyone who doesn’t think this guy is on roids is gullible.

he is, he took 3 bottels of prohormones, trenadrol supposedly twice as strong as superdrol which is a steroid.

Stick figure + Puberty, + good diet + training + pro hormones + short guy = fast weight gain and a big looking guy.

Don’t forget the Chalupas. He had to be on Chalupas plus creatine to get those kind of gains!

D

Who gives a fuck if he’s taken steroids or not?? surely it’s his own personal choice what he puts into his body??Steroids are not magic beans- the lad must have been totally committed to his diet and training to get this physique- regardless of any chemical assistance. Sure, steroids quicken the process up, but by no means make bodybulding an easy business.

very impressive, that’s all I can say I started out bigger than you and I’m up to a year and a half and I don’t look anything like that WELL DONE!!!

yeah i do a lot of cardio… bjj and inline… i keep gaining 2-3 kg (or 5-6lbs) per year for 3 years now. not bad considering 99 out of 100 people in the gym just stay the same all the time. so, if you are in bb and trying to grow, i’d say avoid a lot of cardio.

They do, just not in this fourum. They also get tired of rehashing the same advice over and over again when a quick search will provide an answer.
