Why does people always compare football and soccer? Because they fight for the same name? On that fight soccer always wins, since you dont really kick the ball that often in “football” compared to soccer. Which sport is more physically demanding when it comes to get a beating its football, which sport have the most petty injuries soccer. Neither of them are very manly sports tbh. I’ve played both and neither compares to wrestiling in my book. Both are boring to watch and fun to play. Soccer is 90 minutes of passing the ball and an occasional brilliant goal. Football is 4 hours of drawn out action something that seems to be due to the lack of endurance of the poor linebacker (joke, chill americans).
I dont understand why there isnt more arguments about rugby and football. The sports are atleast somewhat similar? Like in the wrestling world we have judo and bjj to compete with for online disputes.
BBwhatever yourname is. Varsity soccer in america has the lowest standard i have seen. Unless you were at a great school that doesnt prove your point or give you the right to criticize others who watch the sport. Sports would be extremely boring if you had to play “varsity*” soccer in america to have your point valid in a discussion about soccer.
*Meaning its more like 7th division euro soccer
