So weak...

No worries, i’ve been there and am still there. The good news is that if you start and do it right you should see big gains in your first month or too and you will be slightly less ashamed of being a weakling.

I started around 90-95lbs bench and couldnt do a real push up. Anyways, before coming to this site and joining a gym I just did girl pushups for a while, got to like 100 a night, then I switched to real pushups and got up to like 60. Kind of a dumb workout plan but it at least got me a bit of confidence to actually go out and join a gym.
