Bro seriously, I don’t care how much machine weight u can do.
What can u deadlift, t-bar row, barbell bent over row, single arm dumbbell row, snatch, weighted pull-up.
Am I missing something or do u have an injury. Or maybe it’s just a comfort thing?
I would like to see u one arm dumbbell row those 150s for five sets of 12 or dealift mid 500s.
That or find a gym like metroflex near u and let the big boys show u how to do it.
