Circus DB-empty @ 115lbs. Max reps in 60 seconds. Clean and press each rep.
ended up getting 9.

Stones over 51" bar. Max reps w/ the 240 in 60 seconds.
I think I got 4. May be able to get another one if the tape on my arm didn’t come loose :frowning:

Farmers walk @ 200/hand. 80’ no turns or drops.
Did two trips but, I think my average time was around 13 seconds

Fairly happy with today. Nothing amazing but, feeling a little better about the events and stuff. They added a 4th event to the contest on day 1 though so, I’m a little nervous about that! CAR SQUAT! Jesus, that’s intimidating. It was just Sokey, PC, and I today. We all had a good day, in my eyes. I think it’s only 8-9 weeks until the contest so, I’m getting excited! lol Hope all stays well with my family so I can still go. My great grandpa is a short timer so, hopefully everything works out that he feels better by then.

Very happy with this day. EVERYONE hit a PR. The strongman competition is about 7.5 weeks away. Go time is closing in on us. We are going to give it our best shot. Lost of sadness in my family right now but, we will get through it. Hope everyone is well and Merry Christmas!

Did truck tire bar/log press medley, Battling what could be a serious back injury so did 175/160, 60sec time, got 4 reps with each, so 8 total

did some stone loading over 51" bar, loaded 240 about 3 times, one motion no lapping, then cleaned and tried to over head press the 175 stone a few times got VERY VERY close just couldnt balance at lockout dropped it and broke it lol oh well, hope everyone’s doing well, this week is deload so no videos or prob no posts, we got an ironmind rolling thunder that is badass, mosley got it, thanks! we both did 142 on it, my hands are SO DAMN TINY!!! also got an apollon’s axle from ironmind now, cant wait!!! everyone keep killing it!

I had to train a day after the other guys. My family has been going through a very hard time and this was the only day I trained last week. We lost my great grandfather exactly 17 weeks after losing my great grandmother. He is honestly the best man I have ever met. He will be greatly missed by everyone he’s made contact with. Anyhow, hope everyone else is well. RIP Pap :frowning: 1/3/13

345 rotating as soon as Brando finished, I would go and vice versa. 9 sets of 2 and last set was for 5. All sets were 1 sumo, 1 conv pull.

purple band, leg curls. 2 sets of 50 (both feet in band) this was harder than it sounds lol.

Pretty happy with today. I feel that on a good day w/ wraps I could MAYBE squat 600 for one w/o a reverse band but, idk. we shall see in the future. Getting nervous about the competition but, I’m sure it will be fine. We are only a little over 5 weeks out! Hope everyone is doing well and have a great day!

I believe this was all that we did. Great day. We were all pretty tired and beat up. PC and I had been on the road since 8AM to go to get a lat pull down. We didnt get back until nearly 3PM so, it was a long day of driving. Gotta thank Adam Hires for giving us a great price on the lat pull down and a couple of his Hulk Training Systems shirts! Everyone did well and we are getting very close to the strongman competition. Anyhow, back to work I go. You all have a great day.

I cannot express how happy I am because I finally pulled 600. It’s been a dream for so long. Very proud of my gymmates as well! Everyone did really well today haha. I regret not doing more accessories but, my back was toast. It’s very tight right now but, it did what I needed it to do lol. I really think my life is starting to pick up and go in a better direction. It has been a hard year to say the least but, I have the best friends anyone could ask for, a loving family, enough money to pay my bills and buy a few things, and a potential girl that’s been fantastic so far. Maybe my luck is starting to change a bit!
