Held the tire bar for time using fat grips. I think my best was 31.7. This will get better as my mind get stronger.

Bicep curls-left bicep is killing me. Idk how to fix this little tweek.

Minimal gripper work.

Felt awful honestly. My back feels awful. My left bicep feels awful. Whatever though, I still came and did what I could. Back feels rough right now and we have deads in an hour…hope I can get it to limber up :(. I’m going to see if the chiropractor can start treating my back a little more aggressively. I’m tired of not being able to push squats and deads as hard as I want to lol. Came to a sad realization today. I squatted 463, benched 309, and pulled 535 at my very first meet at 18 years old. I’m almost 22 now and my squat is probably worse, bench is slightly better, and I doubt I could pull 535. Fuck. OH WELL! I’LL BE BACK, BITCHES!

we all choked a band from the rack, picked a song, and did pushdowns for as many reps as possible, rest pause style, until the song went off, pretty brutal

Prayers going out to mosley he lost his granny, seems we have all lost someone special these last few months, really hope he and his family comfort and love, dont really have a lot to say today except im ready to Deload! Gonna try to order some strongman implements next week, prob a stone and some farmers handles, weight is sitting around 217-220 depending on how i eat etc, gotta get over the 220 mark and climb towards 230-240 pretty happy with how this week has went and how this 3 week wave has went, missed mosley and godfather tonight, hope everyone’s killing it out there!

My fucking forearms were SMOKED, my grip sucked balls because i blasted the gripper all night last night fucking heavy grips 200 i was like ahhh it wont affect me tomorrow,bullshit!!! trained solo today, really fucking blows loading unloading dragging shit outside back inside and picking up etc alone!!! it was good gpp and my grip was fucked after packing shit all day, also worked quicker than normal so heart rate was BLASTING!!! felt good about the over head press today, kinda wanted to redeem myself, now its time to deload!!! keep killing it!!! forearms were really pumped so measured them, around 15.5"-16" haha not bad for a forearm that is 9.5" long on a 5’7" guy hahaha ive always had decent sized forearms i suspect theyll be coming up with all this grip work!!! I WANT TRAPZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!

365x12 Had some bicep pain. Didn’t think I would be able to handle anything heavier so, I did some reps.

Drop set w/o bands
315x7(missed 8th), 225x3-4, 135xmaybe 5 good reps lol then just did some half reps. Owens had to help me get it in the rack lol.

Seated 1 arm over head press with the Fat Grips

Had some fun w/ band pushdowns as PC described.

All in all, I was happy with this bench day. Bicep hurt like hell so, I was disappointed I couldn’t work up any heavier. Oh well. Everyone did really well. Props to Owens for the 345 grinder lol there’s no way in this world I could grind a lift out like that! If it isn’t smooth from the bottom, you might as well forget me benching it. Looking forward to getting back in the gym after this deload. It is much needed. As PC had said, I lost my granny (great grandmother). She was a very special woman and lived through some very hard times. She was a very resilient woman. She was tough, strong, and kind. She is loved by many. Went back and counted the signatures on her guest book, over 420 people signed it. Amazing considering the very low population we have in our area and there were tons of people that didn’t sign. She will be greatly missed but, not many 21 year olds (almost 22) can say they have had both great grandparents for this long. My granny was 90 years old, 1922-2012. She married my Poppy(great grandfather) in 1945…they were married for nearly 67 years! AMAZING! They don’t make women like her anymore and she was the last of a very strong group of women. She will be greatly missed. RIP Granny :frowning:

Haven’t even really been trying or sticking to it but, my weight is down 8 lbs from where it was (weighed myself the week Granny passed and I was whopping 395…weighed a little over 386). Oh well. Progress is progress.

good day, feeling like my bench is doing ok, not happy but feel ok about it, dont have a lot of time to write much except my weight is hanging around 220, hoping to hit 230, starting to get comments at work like “youre looking thick” or “bigger” so it feels good, feeling strong, just need to heal my back up, mosley is really killing his pressing right now, looking great, owens and godfather really need to work speed and both are showing lots of improvements, we just gotta keep on killing it! Going to be purchasing some strongman implements very soon so ill make sure to throw up a video of the new stuff that we have!!! Hope everyone is doing well, oh and im low dosing right now as well, test around 125mg, deca at 450mg, dbol 50mg (ED), slin ramping up on workout days, did 12iu today, will ramp up to 13iu friday before squats, gonna prob stop at 15iu on workout days pre workout, love the pumps and helps me look really full.

STAY UPPPPPPP TRAIN HARD!!!
