overall a great day! Set up the squats a little diff for video purposes really like how the video turned out hope you guys do! Ill post it up in a bit, feeling VERY SICK these past couple days, idk wtf is up!!! Still got in and got it done today tho, everyone looked good and kicked ass, really pushing hard, hoping to get feeling better really soon as well, oh and as for being clean well i ran into some gear so i started back up, no sense in slowing down, I talked to a lot of close friends and a lot of ppl i trust and they advised me if i want to keep progressing to use minimal gear but dont come off until i decide i dont want to be competitive anymore, and this old dog has a few more tricks he needs to show before he lays down…itching to get back on the platform or do a strongman meet
Having a great time training lately, were gonna try to build/buy some strongman devices and start fucking around with that some i think, should be fun!!! Hope everyone’s doing well and staying TIGHTTTTTT! Have a good one peeps!

Happy with this bench day overall. Was very happy w/ the 365x8 rb but, I absolutely ended up pinned under 400. Oh well, I’ll try working on weak points. PC and Owens killed it. After watching the video, I want to lose weight even more lol. Who knew a whale could bench?

Happy w/ the day overall. I’ll consider it a good day at least. I had been up since 6:45AM and had to work all day (didn’t make it to the gym until nearly 5:30PM. This is the most I’ve had on my back since my original injury. I re-injured my back a month or so ago with 385x3 so, this is an improvement. Still going to the chiropractor, hoping to stay healthy. I’m trying to lose weight but, haven’t made any real progress yet. Proud of my gym-mates!
The only thing between OHP and I are a couple pharmacology and epidemiology assignments!!! T-MINUS 4 hours, gentlemen!!!

Built a fucking axle press bar thing lol pressed it some thats about all,
very very pumped about this thing!!! It was a good day, im still battling sickness and shit and cut my finger pretty badly but oh well, we made a sweet new bar and this is gonna be badass for strongman style training, we can add the fat grips to the bar and itll be like a fat bar axle bar so fuck yes!!!

Really starting to just have fun with our training, everyones doing great and progressing, leaning more toward strongman event training because damn i suck at it and its very fun!! everyone is really doing great at the gym right now, lets keep busting ass big things coming! My weight was 210-213 today so thats up and just playing around yesterday with the new axle bar tire bar i hit what i thought was 185 clean and press when actually it was 220! I was happy about that because it didnt feel too bad!!! Hope everyones killing it…

It’s probably becasue it is late and I need to sleep but, I really want to train with the Captains of Crush and maybe try to get the #3 and #4 certificate? idk. just a late night though. Any readers (what few we have) have any idea of the process to get certified? That sounds wrong but, idk what else to call it.
edit: I looked up how the certification works. Guess I’ll have to order a few other grippers and start playing around with them a bit. It would be pretty awesome to get a certification on the #3. For men, they will allow you to certify on the #3, #3.5, and the ungodly #4.

Great day today, everyone is looking awesome!!! My weight is creeping up, around 217 at night time!!! Starting to add in some strongman stuff here its really fun, the tire/axle bar weighs 172lbs, the dumbell handles weigh 6.4lbs, we’re in the process of buying some strongman stuff its gonna be sweet!!! Gotta work hard on bringin up my over head press but its decent right now! Grip strength has to come up a LOT i have TINY hands! Remember im 5’7"=( Oh well! Its going great and feeling pretty good about training LOVE this gym!!! Video will follow tonight or tomorrow morning!! Keep getting bigger, keep getting stronger!! OHHHHH BTW played around with some grippers, i closed the “heavy grip” 200 with both hands, tried COC #3, Wasnt CLOSE!!! gonna work on these!!! Hopefully get certified in these someday, i know mosley definately wants to, we are going to start having fun with our training and doing what we like!!!

Very pleased with today. Back had felt awful all day but, it help up fine. Moving the hooks up two pins on my straight bar sets really helped. Everyone pushed hard and had a great day. Hope everything keeps progressing and everyone stays safe. NOW, it’s time to order some grippers! #3 will fall soooooooon!

Todday was kinda an off day for me, i felt bad going in, sick, humidity, heat, attitude, etc, just couldnt focus and couldnt get pumped up to over head press, everyone still kicked ass and trained very hard, we usually do a lot of diff small exercises or pump exercises on this day which i do not feel is over training, everyone is pushing hard and im pleased with the progress, really gonna focus on this damn over head press and try to get that to go up along with grip, hope everyone’s doing well
