WAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Exactly!

That was Airplane, best movie series ever, “but that’s not important right now”.

Right guy, wrong movie, frunny I felt I better list the movie because you wouldn’t understand the ‘‘meme’’

On the workout front I’m feeling beat up today, fuck, my legs, lower back, abs are all sore from 2 days ago, and my chest and shoulder’s are wrecked from yesterday, ( had to push days togeather due to schedual) always happens when I switch workouts around a bit, and I’m handling a higher rep range last couple weeks, then over the last year.

I hadn’t thought about it, just switched things back to an old template of mine, and my bodies hurtin from the higher reps and denser workouts, the funny part is I’m handling about half the weight on the bar, that I was, but the increased tempo, and reps is making me feel pretty fucin old, such is life. later

Thanks for trying to spare me the “meme” humiliation again. You got my back.

Less weight, increased tempo…regularly my destroyer. But, I guess dead people feel no pain. At least we got THAT going for us.

Really enjoying this log and your deadlift advice to Fletch was simple, brilliant and effective.

Yeah, cool, great, glad to finally not be wrong ALL THE TIME.

Thanks!

Okay, my knee feels pretty good, Tuesday I am hitting my next deadlift workout.

My Sportster is being delivered Monday.

Work sucked today.

My wife just ordered pizza.

Great job man! Inspiring. I’ll keep watching if you keep lifting!

By the way I did 7x3 front squats in 5 min 40 seconds, I was thinking of you! After 3 mins I was cursing you!

Thanks.

Well I finaly found a use for the bottle of vanilla whey protien, thats been kicking around my house for 3yrs, my wife’s gone to work, and there’s no milk in the house for my coffee, whatever, gona be one of those days. Nice work with bench, sub-max weight, and max density and tempo, seems to be a theme lately, or mebey a meme I don’t know any more.

Your building quite a cult following, should do somthing with it, like a youtube channel or somtin, how to pick-up heavy things when your broken, I know I’m feelin a 100yrs old this morning, been out of pain pills for a couple days, sleepin on the couch, because the kids been in my bed, 3 weeks since I’ve had a shot of test, (screw up at the pharmacy), all this plus my new workouts, means I’m feelin every nut and bolt, they’ve put in me over the years. If I feel like this tomorrow, it’ll be tough to get through my heavy workout, so keep up the hard work, gives me motivation knowing someone as broken as me, is still gettin it done  later

Took Sasha to work yesterday. It was like 34 (which is like 1 Celsius?). Nice ride. Started on 2nd kick in the driveway, first kick coming home ('course it was like 50 when I left work to come home [that’s like 10 to you Canucks].)

Rebottle it, label it, sell it: meatheads will buy anything. Power Creamer for your preworkout caffeine fix!

I feel exceptionally bad today too. I cannot walk a straight line. Part of it is Tuesday squats/deads still with me, some of it may be the weather.

Well AJ, here’s to us, meatbags stuffed with nuts and bolts. Carry on…

My Sportster just got here about 25 minutes ago.
