I’m doing a lift specific approach :
Monday - Bench Press
Wednesday - Snatch-Grip High Pull
Friday - Overhead Press
Saturday - Deadlift
I’ve been able to come up with some good assistance exercises for all the days except the Snatch-Grip High Pull. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because my solution to this point has just been doing more high pulls.
(not picky but I really like those exercises you post that are like “wow! That’s cool I didn’t think of doing that”)
