Hi Coach. What percentage of your 1RM Snatch Grip High Pull from the hang, would you use for the 3-5 rep range?
85-90%
Iād go lower than that. 85% for 5 reps and 90% for 3 reps are close to failure on strength lifts and high pulls, being a strength-speed lifts, tend to require a slightly lower percentage⦠80-85% would be a better starting point⦠going up to possibly 87%
