Try a piece of PVC under the small/arch of the back. I used to do this on speed days – back when I had speed days-- and it burned into my mind to always arch.

Can’t tell if you’re pinching your shoulderblades together, but I always do that as hard as I can. Also, my short legs are another bonus with benching - it takes effort to get my ass off the bench. The wider you can spread your legs (while keeping the feet flat - loosen your shoes to help with this) the harder it is to get the ass up.
Nice work on the bench. Gonna have to start calling you McDonalds, after seeing that arch.

I know the arch isn’t huge. But it’s pretty damn good for a former flat-backer. Exciting word just in! PMPM is going to help me with my bench next week. Seeing how I’m employing her patented setup, it’s pretty damn gracious of her.
Didn’t really log the details of my training today. But it was flat bench, CGB to three boards, lying skulls, standing cable lat exercise, overhead tricep rope extension, pecs on pec deck, and bentover BB rows.

try renaming the file to something you are sure is unique. I seen where that has caused problems for others.
Snapper, you are killing us with expectation. Try posting the Santa pic again. I’m actually planning a shopping trip tomorrow for Santa accessories (or maybe just one) for my own crack at this.

Oh Bulldog. I doubt it. And about the belt comment. I know the benefits of a belt. I just don’t personally seem to realize them when squatting.
So I painted my nails gray today. Violet gray. Damn, they look good.
I’m very sore from yesterday’s training. The whole corridor between my triceps and lower lats is aching. Good feeling, really, to know I’m hitting my muscles a little differently.
Tomorrow is DL day. Still don’t have a plan nailed down. My coach has sent me several iterations, none of which seems to help me reach my goal in ten weeks. Maybe my goal is unrealistic. I’m also struggling with how long I should train raw before I throw on the gear.
Decisions, decisions. I love all the variables that make this sport equally frustrating and addicting.
And there’s no pic coming. I’m just clueless in this area. Missing a gene or something.
