Snack Discovery

Found a pretty tasty protein snack at the Arnold and finally tracked it down…Wolverines High Protein Dried Turkey Nuggets…Sort of like beef jerky made with turkey…hi protein, low carbs and fairly low fat…but kinda high in sodium…great taste, but pricey at a MRP of $4.99 per serving…Anyone out there know of any recipes where I could make something similar at home?

how about turkey in a food dehydrator?

I tried those at the Arnold Expo also. Probably the best sample there. As for making it myself, I would say try putting strips of whatever meat you want on a baking sheet, then put it in the oven on a high setting. They sell spice packets for jerkey in any grocery store.
