I have two different excel files for smolov. One is from stronglifts, and one is from joe skopec’s site. I was lazy and didn’t want to calculate the numbers out myself.
I just noticed the excel file from skopec’s site has much harder loading parameters, and that is the one I chose to do, and am in the middle of. Here are the jumps from that file starting with a 350 max.

Is this ridiculous to continue doing? I am on second week second day tomorrow with no problems so far. Has any one else used this harsh of loading or used this specific excel file?
