How’s this for a goal: deadlift double bodyweight for 10 reps. So, that would be 191 kg right now.

Could have done a couple more if I really pushed myself, but they definitely were feeling heavy by the end.
Also, freezing rain today, so I got to scrape the ice off the sidewalk a couple of times and it looks like I’ll have to do it again before going to bed and then tomorrow morning. Does that count as cardio or something?
