Thought I’d go lighter after being out drinking till 3 AM, but it turned out I didn’t really need to.

Definitely need to take some time off.

Getting back into it. Let’s try ladders, which I’ve never done before.

2, 4, 6, 8, 16: front squat 89 kg

Last set was supposed to be 10, obviously, but by the time I got there I realized I should have put more weight on the bar so I kept going for a few more reps.

OK, did front squats in the early afternoon, then auditioned yet another female singer, got time in the evening so let’s do some upper body stuff too.

2x10, 1x8: db clean and press 22 kg
2x15: bb curl 29 kg

1x5: deadlift 169 kg
1x3: 209 kg
1x2: 219 kg

It might have been better to do 179/199/209 with shorter rests.

And more ladders:

2, 4, 6, 8, 10: military press 49 kg

That’s definitely better, now the first set doesn’t feel way too light compared to the other two.
