Really need to buy more 20 kg plates… I got all my 20s and 10s on the bar for the deadlifts, plus 5s stuck on at the very end. I can fit one of those dumbbell spring clips on the end, but just barely, and sometimes the clips fall off. Funny. Haven’t had any plates slide off in mid-lift yet, though.

Went back down in weight and pausing at the bottom with the floor presses.

Finally using my new plates for some deads, they’re a bit thinner and about 2 cm bigger in diameter than the others (though still smaller than standard Olympic plates) which took a few sets to get used to because they touch the ground a bit earlier on the way back down.
Schedule should be back to normal now, at least for a week.
