Alternating between high-rep and low-rep squats seems to work… legs got bigger, a few pairs of pants don’t fit anymore. It’s a good feeling to be making progress at the age of 37.

I’ve been cheating on the presses lately, so I dropped the weight and am trying to REALLY do them with feet together, knees locked, chin down and all that.

Didn’t realize until today that I’m using the exact same weight for military presses, high-rep front squats and db floor presses.
