Yeah, went back to 119 kilos on the front squats. Have to take the next 2 weeks off as my job’s sending me to India.

Back but still tired, easing myself back into things with a light and easy session.

In the morning I woke up, went to take a leak, and got a big cramp in my right calf right in the middle of it. That has nothing to do with training, but it was funny.
