Sprained my left trap hitting a couple of cars on my way to work on my bike, LOL. No real wreck, though, I think it just cramped up really badly from me trying to jerk the handlebars. In any case, any sort of presses or pullups were out of the question today.

Schedule’s just crazy this week, and I loaded the bar wrong. Thought “wow, this was easy” for the first few sets, then figured out why. Heh.
