Thanks, but to be honest I’ve only been lifting for a little more than three years. I probably don’t get much attention because I have a really high tolerance for boring, repetitive training so my log is as boring as it gets. That, and I don’t post in the SAMA and Get A Life sections much nowadays, haha.
Took yesterday off cause I was busy all evening. Today:

50 pullups
We’ve had a cold snap and it’s been around -10 degrees C for a few days. That’s not helping my shoulder, but it’s slowly getting better anyway. The good news, though, is that I noticed a couple of my shirts are now too tight under the armpits, so all those pullups made my lats grow. Time to go through all my shirts again and give a few away to my skinny cousins. That’s always a good feeling.
