Feeling much less sore than yesterday or the day before. Funny how quickly a person can adapt.

I started putting my feet up on stairs when doing the pushups, though. Not to make it harder but in the hope it doesn’t make my dysfunctional left shoulder as sore.
Skipped yesterday.

No pushups. I don’t want to do any real damage to my left shoulder. I just can’t do any full-range horizontal pushing work and will have to stick to vertical pushing and floor presses, seems for the rest of my life.
50 pullups, that’s all…
I see some decent gains in this log, what’s the bodyweight at now, and how’s the shoulder?
Good to know people are reading this log, haha. I sure have gotten bigger and stronger since the beginning. Bodyweight last time I checked (early last week) was 88.5 kg, so it’s slowly going back up from the 86 I weighed back in September. The shoulder’s still sore, but getting better. I’m probably gonna start doing military presses next week.

Schedule this week is pretty crazy, like most people, but I should be able to do a full workout including some kind of press tomorrow.
