Doing a pause at the bottom of each squat, resting the bar on the sawhorses for a couple of seconds. That makes it way harder, mostly because I can’t cheat at all and really do have to go down to parallel on every single rep.

Getting bored with this, feel like changing programs.

Gonna do one of those weird Waterbury programs for the upper body, and keep doing front squats the same way. Not sure about the deads yet.
