Time for something different. Doing the Hepburn A program since it worked well the first time.

Today’s busy and tomorrow and the day after ain’t looking too good either, so an abbreviated workout:

Some things getting rescheduled again, so I ended up training two days in a row.

7x2, 1x3: front squat 103 kg
4x2, 4x3: military press 61 kg
2x2, 6x3: pullup 18 kg

One of the upsides of training at home is that you can train in really crappy clothes or even naked, but I think I’m gonna need a new pair of sweatpants… they’re getting a few too many holes.

Then move all the weights and stuff to the garage, as I’m starting renovations on my ground floor tomorrow.
