Not sure what I’ll do next. Maybe Doug Hepburn’s A program, that worked well when I did it before. I’ll be traveling most of next week anyway, though.

Traveling again starting tomorrow for at least three days, possibly as many as six, so I figured there’s no point in starting another program. Instead I did 100x1 front squats with 93 kg.
