Figured it’s better to skip the rest of the exercises and hope I’m good to go tomorrow.
Good news is, it wasn’t my lower back but my left glute. That’s less scary, but it still hurts some today so I took it ridiculously easy on the deadlifts. Let’s call this a second attempt at day 11 of 40
