Last day of cutting today, gonna change programs. Inbetween programs I decided to do the 100 singles workout that Dan John mentioned in an article sometime last year.
100x1: front squat 89 kg off sawhorses. Unpleasant but not as painful as I thought it would be, at least not today. Tomorrow’s probably gonna really suck.
Weight: 86,5 kg - so since I started I’ve gained 24 kg without getting visibly fatter.
