Great build too - big props
Appreciate it big man.
If we can’t joke around a little bit on the Internet then what are we doing here? :)
Exactly! I try not to take myself too seriously. Life is easier that way.
Totay agree.
Some people take the Internet and this site way too seriously.
It really is just for the lulz and BS’ing about lifting and food.

I really wish the pics would work on this site.

cultivating mass. Yes. My favorite term.

SmashinWeights, did you ever use creatine in the past? IDK why but I get the feeling that creatine stops working past a certain point…?? Quite a few big guys I’ve spoken to say they don’t use it anymore…
I did and I don’t anymore.
I honestly never noticed much of a difference between being “on” (lol) the creatine and not using it.
I remember when I first tried it in high school and I thought it was some wonder drug ha ha
It was a cherry flavored liquid that you used a dropper for and would hold it under your tongue, I felt so bad ass lol
I tried powders, monohydrate, front loading, putting it in your sock, everything.
You name it I probably tried it.
I just never noticed a difference so I figured why keep using it?
The only thing I noticed was neck cramping.
Even when I drank a gallon+ a day I would still get gnarly cramps in my neck.
It was horrible and whenever I got one I looked like such a dork.
I’m sure anyone who saw thought there was something seriously wrong with me.
Try the creatine cream. You rub it on your forehead and elbows 6 times per day.

I’ve got my sack of chimichangas and I’m ready to so work.
The perimeter is secure.

For all my fans out there I bid your farewell.
I haven’t forgotten about you and for those of you who I have managed to foster budding relationships with, know that I think of you often.
Love me while I’m here and miss me while I’m gone.
It was a good ride.

I know, I know. Ill leave you with some words of advice:
Can’t always stick to the plan.
Post workout carbs aren’t all that they’re cracked up to be
Due diligence!! Trying something new? Give it time.
To many people hop around from program to program.
Heavy weight is nice but MMC/feeling the target muscle work is key
Moderation in all things! Ice cream is ok, a beer is ok, don’t have too much.

Got that?
