Sleep Aids (Luna, Go Dark, Melatonin)

Zma,chamomile,melatonin,gaba, sleep sounds and a mask give me the best sleep ever.

ZMA/Glycine every night, then I alternate between Benadryl (usually 4x), lunesta (2x), and Xanax 1x per week. This has worked for me, I’ve always had horrible anxiety and trouble sleeping but this has worked for me now a long time and I’m sleeping well regularly. Xanax is a heavenly sleep but I really never want to take it over once a week, twice max, given it feels amazing and is addictive. It also kills sex drive which sucks. I feel alcohol screws up my sleep big time, I hate drinking mostly due to that. I used to smoke a lot of weed, it made me sleep great but I got reliant on it then it became horrible when I quit (over a year ago now).

hmm, yeah I’ve considered doing the rotation thing.

I’ve wondered about using glycine more. Going to try that out here pretty soon.

I was blown away with how well it works. I’m always a cynical prick and expect the worst but I have to say, at least for me, it works extremely well.

I use melatonin and magnesium, but many of them are habit forming. The biggest “sleep aid” is simply using a night mode for your laptop/phone and dimming lights an hour before bed.

Been using Luna now for a week

and I can say for certain that it works. Within 30-60min of taking it I’m dead asleep. Will be curious to see how long the effects last before I get used to it.

I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.
